We provide metallographic sampling and evaluation of microstructures of metal & alloys for confirming the heat treatment conditions of metal, various phase identification to evaluate the detrimental phases in the metals impacting the desired application.
We also conduct in situ-metallography i.e. Replica Testing/Non-Destructive method for the microstructure analysis at site for the immovable components/in service parts by portable replica kit.
Microstructure examination through replica methods help to determine the degradation of critical parts operating in the plant under various industrial enviroment i.e. chemical plants, fertiliser plants, high pressure parts, pressure vessels, boilers etc.
